Collections: Fiji
During an unexpected trip to Fiji, Deborah lay in the hammock watching the ocean through the coconut trees, welcomed and humbled by the people, the land, the sea, the flowers, the teeming life that continues with or without her observance.
This collection was inspired by the netting of the hammock and the carnival of the flowers of the land and sea, and was created for exhibition at Glasswear at Depot Artspace, Devonport, Auckland 1st - 22nd October 2011.
